Biological age 51, real age 22.2?

You’ve perhaps seen the variations in tests for calculating life expectancy. This one I found amusing and insightful. My “take home” is that the fat intake in my diet has gone up the last couple years and it’s something I’m reminded I’d like to change.

Have fun with this.

By the way, my biological age is 51, real age 22.2, average life expectancy 76 and my calculated life expectancy is 104.

Two days ago I had a craniosacral session with a 97-year-old and if I keep going so long, I’m hoping I can receive the kind of bodywork I give others!
